The Role:

Expeditors works with major international companies worldwide. On a daily basis, many shipments arrive at the warehouse. These need to be handled according to the appropriate guidelines. As an IOC (In & Outbound Control) Agent you are responsible for the timely and accurate receipt and control of drivers, including the handling and registration in Expeditors systems, of freight documentation and warehouse inbound & outbound orders, directly related to inbound & outbound freight flows. All in all, a varied job where you can use and expand your knowledge of logistics!

What you bring to the role of Logistics Administrative Assistant:
  • MBO work and thinking level;
  • Professional communication skills, in both English and Dutch;
  • Good at setting priorities with organizational and problem solving skills;
  • Enthusiastic character with team spirit;
  • Good command of Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Willing to work different shifts (morning, evening, night, weekend shifts & holidays);
